My YouTube reccomendations have really been getting great.

This is perhaps the weirdest thing i have ever seen.  It appears to be some sort of televised “Alvin and the Chipmunks poison your favorite artists throughout the decades by us animating them into weird live action sequences” special. 

Highlights:

1) Will Smith, naturally, hosts it. Pre fame or post fame? Your guess is as good as mine.

2) Alvin can not keep up with Michael Jackson’s dancing in the “Smooth Criminal” sequence.  This wouldn’t be weird normally, but, Alvin is animated.  As in he could dance on a river of his own chipmunk shit if he wanted, all the animators had to do was have him keep up with Michael.  Maybe it’s a tribute, who knows.
