To be fair, this doesn’t really seem like a competition.  It’s more footage of a real Irish dancer edited in juxtaposition to a sea lion slapping its fins for (presumeably) brine and sardines.  Adding stock footage of the sea lion sticking its tongue out (presumeably) for krill does not a thrilling meet-up make.
