What happened to Jared Padalecki?

I’ll tell you.  He’s not doing a lot, but more importantly, he did make (what should have been) the critical darling of 2008.  We’ve all heard about the shitty painter Thomas Kinkade—you know, that asshole that paints lit-up cottages and whimsical rivers.  If you’re like me, you’ve been dying to know more about the man behind the canvas, the genius behind the cottages.  If so, Jared Padalecki starred in the movie FOR YOU!

It tells the story of the inspiration behind Thomas Kinkade’s painting The Christmas Cottage, and how the artist was motivated to begin his career after discovering his mother was in danger of losing their family home.  Riveting, no?
